Be Well
Migraine Awareness Month #14: “Live Long, and Prosper.” Come up with a short, simple phrase or sentence that could be used when saying “Hello” or “Good-bye” that expresses your wishes for fellow Migraineurs.
Some of my friends in the virtual migraine community introduced me to the phrase “Be well” as a way to say good-bye in an e-mail or as a general sentiment to send out to the community. I really love this particular phrase because it conveys understanding, empathy, and hope all in one brief phrase.
What phrase do you like to use when talking to fellow migraineurs?
