Friday Fun Fact: Migraines = Purple
Most serious health causes have colors, ribbons, and bracelets as tokens to help raise awareness. Migraineurs are fighting a battle every day but without any token to represent their struggle. To change this, several groups have come together and determined thatPURPLE is the new color of migraine and headache disorder!

This fun article from Dr. William Douglass discusses some research on colors and migraine. Apparently, migraineurs have more normal brain activity when they are wearing glasses tinted pinkish-purple.
